Emergency Services
Do you need immediate help? Oxygen Therapy on-call service can be reached 24-hours a day and on-call rehab service is available Saturday and Sunday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Use the phone numbers below and follow the prompts for the appropriate department. A representative will contact you shortly.
JCAHO Concerns or Complaints
The Joint Commission encourages anyone having concerns or complaints about safety or quality of care being provided by Reliable Medical Supply to bring those concerns or complaints first to Reliable Medical's management. Please use the contact information below and ask for our Compliance Officer.
If your concerns are not addressed to your satisfaction, you may contact the Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register a complaint by calling 1-800-994-6610 or emailing compliant@jcaho.org.
Matters concerning billing, insurance and payment disputes are not within the authority of the Joint Commission.
