Our Bi-Level units offer breathing support for individuals with sleep apnea (see CPAP Systems) as well as neuromuscular disease and other types of breathing disorders. These devices differ from CPAP in that they provide two pressures; one higher pressure to support inhalation and another pressure to keep the airways open longer during exhalation. We carry auto adjusting pressure models, units with and without back-up respiratory rates, Auto Servo Ventilation (ASV), and Average Volume Assured Pressure Support (AVAPS) units.
