Katie has spent the majority of her career in Complex Rehab, joining the industry first in customer service in 2006 and advancing across several leadership positions. She has experience with payor relations, account management, business development, operational improvement and M&A integration. Katie is a relational leader who enjoys collaboration and authentic connection. She joined Reliable Medical in January of 2020, and in her role provides oversight and direction across all operational functions for each location while supporting the company's growth. Katie has a BS in business from The University of Redlands, and an MA in Marketing from the University of Nottingham.

Brandon Bliss is a dedicated, passionate leader who has been leading and growing HME businesses for over 20 years. He is a proven leader with expertise in team building, sales strategies, marketing, technology, operations, contract negotiations, and finance. He is passionate about scaling business and helping team members achieve their personal and professional goals. Prior to joining the Reliable team he served as the CEO of Orbit Medical, a Midwest based HME company from 2011- 2022. Orbit Medical was acquired in 2022. Brandon has a BS in Finance from the University of Utah.

Brandon Boyer is an energetic, passionate, market-disrupting entrepreneur who has been serving the healthcare field since 2010. He has experience in business strategy, system optimization, as well as building, empowering, and motivating industry-leading teams.
Before joining reliable in 2023, Brandon successfully led several DME & CRT organizations to explosive growth through patient-focused innovation. Brandon’s love for people and passion for innovation prompted him, with a business partner, to launch Capstone Medical Partners in 2019. The company quickly became a market leader in the Northwest and eventually joined the Reliable family in 2023.

Manu is an IT leader who has a passion for making healthcare outcomes better. He has been working in healthcare IT since 2010. Manu has experience leading several multi-organizational IT initiatives and believes in building long-lasting and meaningful relationships. He believes that healthcare can benefit immensely from advancements in technology. He has a deep interest in AI and automating workflows to achieve operational excellence. Manu sees a purpose in the work Reliable Medical does and finds his drive in serving customers to reach their best outcomes and become as independent as they can. He has a Master's in Computer Science from Wayne State University and an MBA from Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.

Kent says the most rewarding part of his job is making that personal connection with those he works with. He is excited to be leading the Human Resources team at Reliable. Outside of work Kent is married with 4 daughters, 1 granddaughter and 4 grandsons!

David has been a RESNA certified ATP since 2000. His healthcare career in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) goes back almost 30 years. Over that time has been a practicing ATP and held leadership positions in processing, operations, and business development. Most recently he served as a senior leader in Supply Chain and Vendor Management. His passion for the CRT industry, experience, and skillset make him a unique and proven leader in his role as VP of Clinical Operations at Reliable Medical. David holds a Bachelors Degree in Health Science and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. David has worked closely with the Muscular Dystrophy Association throughout his career raising money and awareness through events like the Nashville Muscle Team Gala where he resides on the committee board.

Matt Candrian has been helping patients in the Chicagoland area for over 20 years. He has trained and led both local and regional sales teams. While serving patients, facilities, and healthcare practitioners, Matt has developed insights in the industry that have led to new technology and marketing initiatives. He is excited for Reliable’s continued growth and the ability to help new customers.

Kyle joined Reliable Medical in 2022 and has spent the majority of his career in the rehabilitation field with a focus in assistive technologies. Kyle has worked in numerous capacities in the field from a practicing provider, leading national operations, to contracting and business development in commercial and workers compensation. Kyle currently holds his ATP certificate, a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Iowa State University, and his master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Purdue University. Kyle is currently the Vice-chair of RESNAs Professional Standards Board, and member of RESNAs Development Board. He regularly reviews scientific papers in assistive technology, he is an advisory board member for the University of Pittsburgh’s Masters of Rehabilitation Technology program and is serving on the board of directors for NCART.

Rose joined the Reliable Medical team through an acquisition in 2021 bringing over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She started her career in 2006 as a Provider Liaison for a health insurance company and met with DME providers to discuss advocacy for people with wheelchair needs. She saw the impact the providers had on people’s lives and was determined to make a career out of it. Since then, she held various management roles in customer service, funding, billing, & sales. Rose’s passion for Complex Rehab led her to Reliable Medical where she is the Regional Vice President and oversees the Southern Region.

Jackie began her career with Reliable in 1990. With her Nursing background, she took on whatever job needed to be done to meet the needs of the patients from Receptionist to CSR to Billing. She started her current role in Compliance in 2011. She also works with Government Advocacy and Regulatory Issues both a State and Federal level and serves on several committees. Jackie is married and has 2 children and 2 grandchildren. Working for Reliable has allowed her to continue the goal of improving the lives of our clients.
