Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for the operational and financials for a defined region. Some of their duties will include providing training and development for staff, ensuring quality consistency across the region, and increasing sales and profitability in their region.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementing corporate policies and procedures and day to day operations for all locations in your area.
  • Recruits, hires, trains, evaluates, reinstructs branch personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as efficiency, improvement and performance to expectation.
  • Update daily time clock and maintenance for PTO in accordance with HR policy.
  • Hold weekly staff meetings with all locations to discuss goals, address concerns and questions, and provide company/market updates.
  • Demonstrates Rehab, Service/Repair and DME product and reimbursement knowledge and stays abreast of regulation and administrative policies affecting industry.
  • Delegates job responsibilities and ensures that delegated tasks are carried out properly and efficiently.
  • Responsible for delivery personnel ensuring optimum efficiency in routing.
  • Assures that all deliveries and appropriate paperwork is handled in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner. 
  • Oversees cycle counts and parts as required to maintain proper inventory levels.
  • Attends local, regional, and national workshops and seminars to keep pace with innovative technology and educational opportunities.
  • Practices and adheres to all HIPAA, HQAA, OSHA and the Exposure Control Plan for Blood borne pathogens and Compliance rules and regulations.
  • Participates in monthly management meetings to provide executive leadership with updates on performance and improvement strategies.
  • Participates in market strategies for business development.
  • Reviews monthly P&L statement for strategy and implementation of business hygiene (cost control).
  • Attends trade shows and other industry related educational workshops
  • Leads and attends in-services on new product and technology

  • HIPAA and other compliance training.
  • Performs other duties, as assigned by management.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:

  • Five years strong management and healthcare industry related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field highly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access all areas of the facilities.
  • Hearing, seeing, and talking are required for this position.
  • Travel is required.
