POSITION DESCRIPTION:  Reliable Medical Supply (RMS) is a durable medical equipment provider with complex Rehab and Respiratory specialties. RMS is a leader in the industry and was awarded the 2014 National HME Excellence Award and has been named a top workplace in the State of Minnesota for the past six consecutive years.  This position will work alongside and support our Rehab Department consisting of Assistive Technology Professionals (ATP’s) and the Rehab Department manager. The duties and responsibilities of this position will include: Triages calls, calls perspective clients to introduce the company and schedule appointments, ensures health insurance is valid and active, sends out Welcome Packets, calls to confirm appointments one week prior to appointment, follow-up on all paperwork, answers emails, data entry, creates and maintains medical files, assists walk-in customers by gathering all necessary information, assembling a file and explaining funding requirements. 

SKILLS REQUIRED:  Must be proficient with typing skills. Must be able to type a minimum of 40-60 WPM with minimal errors. Must be computer proficient, as well as proficient with office equipment including scanners and copiers. Must be very organized and thrive in a busy, fast paced environment. Must have excellent Customer Service and communication skills and strong work ethic.
